Murano Glass Bowl “9459”

Quadrangular clear Murano glass bowl with three rows of five narrow and enlarged polychrome tesserae. 

Despite its small size, the bowl is among the most massive pieces in the collection. The design is plastic and static, the lines are clear and solid, firmly shaped by the expert hands of Archimede Seguso. The decorative tesserae are swirls of sparkling colors, pressed together, as if to merge into a single artistic element.
